Recently I found out my source of inspiration is every single minute. It could pounce me on my way to work, while watching the evening sky or even under the shower.
Do not look for it, these moments come just like the great love – unexpectedly to change our entire life 🙂
What are your sources of inspiration?
Whenever possible take your time and spend it the way you would relax, enjoy life and laugh out loud.
We all need to stop being money makers, to look around and find out how beautiful life is, because it really is 🙂
Grab your loved ones for the hand, if you have not met them yet, go for a walk and see how wonderful the surrounding is.
Be thankful you could see, smell and breathe.
Remember to live now, not before or after, live in this particular moment since it is never gonna happen again.
Stop regretting on the past – the door has been closed, stop worrying about the future, it is now we should all learn to live.
In this busy and freaking crazy modern world we need to work out, oh, yes, we do!
Finding your kind of sport activities is almost as difficult as finding your perfect match in life.
So, follow your heart and take up what makes you feel good and looking forward to the day you have to practise it.
Sport should be fun, not torture 🙂
My kind of sport: Some ordinary fitness exercises and Crossfit. I enjoy going for jogging when I have the time.

Stop making cheap excuses, stop postponing, get to work and change!
